- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪My family feels let down by RACQ - me - member for 29 years, paid my premiums, hardly ever used the service, achieved 'gold' status - it means nothing. Son - member since 1st day he got his license. Let me assure you, my son needed assistance in the middle of the night, stuck on the highway, miles from home, RACQ cited 'policies' that meant shell out more cash before we'll assist him. "One free tow" - forget it - only if you upgrade - more bucks later. Son - stranded in the dark, me - on phone - listening to 'policies' that simply put, meant pay more or we won't help?
